- Roof: 2x4 KD rafters 16" on center with 1/2" CDX roof sheathing with 25 year fiberglass/asphalt shingles in your choice of color and aluminium drip edge
- Trim: PVC corner boards, 1x6 PVC fascia boards and 1x6 PVC rake boards for the gable ends
- Price includes one 50" vinyl double door and one 21"x30" vinyl double hung window with half screen. Also includes a storage loft and a roof ridge vent
