Sheds Are Constructed With
1. Floor is 2 x 6 16" on center pressure treated floor joists. Floor is 3/4" plywood for deck.
2. Wall framing is 2 x 4 6'3" wall height with 7/16 OSB plywood covered with vinyl siding.
studs are 2 foot on center.
3. Roof is 2 x 4 16" on center rafters with 7/16 OSB plywood : with 20 year asphalt shingles and
drip edge
4. Trim, 1 x 6 vinyl facer boards and 1 x 6 vinyl rake boards for the gable ends.
Colors available for vinyl are Clay, Blue, Gray, Flint, White, Pearl, Tan, Cream, Mist, Beige,
Olive, and Almond
For On Site Preparation
1. Customers are responsible for getting their own building permit.
2. The ground must be leveled to within 6 in.and there must be a 3 foot parameter where
shed will be placed.
If the site is not level, the customer will have to pay an additional $250.00 to
reschedule the construction of the shed.
