Sheds Are Constructed With
1. Floor is 2 x 6 16" on center pressure treated floor joist. Floor is 3/4" plywood for deck.
2. Wall framing is 2 x 4 6'3" wall height with 1x 8" tongue and groove pine siding.

3. Roof is 2 x 4 16" on center rafters with 1/2" cdx 4-ply plywood : with 25 year asphalt shingles and drip
edge.
4. Trim 1 x 4 pine corner boards, 1 x 6 facer boards and 1 x 6 rake boards for the gable ends.
For On Site Preparation
1. Customers are responsible for getting their own building permit.
2. The ground must be leveled to within 6 in. and there must be a 3 foot parameter where the
shed will be placed.
If the site is not level, the customer will have to pay an additional $250.00 to
reschedule the construction of the shed.
